Indian Dessert Inspired cake Menu and pricing

Gulab Jamun, Gajar Halwa and Barfi – popular Indian desserts which most of you must have heard of or even indulged in, but have you ever had it in form of a cake? By using a unique approach and flair for creativity, Indian desserts have been transformed into cakes using natural and great quality ingredients.

All of our cakes are freshly made to order in our In house bakery, therefore there may be slight variations on appearance.

We do cater for egg free as well, please call us to discuss your requirements.

Our signature Flavours:

Cardamom, Rose and Pistachio:

A milky sponge delicately infused with natural rose and warm cardamom, covered in whipped rose butter cream and garnished with vibrant pistachios, fragrant dried rose petals and cardamom pods. Inspired from the classic Indian dessert “Gulab Jamun”


Indian spiced carrot cake with salted caramel:

Delicately spiced carrot cake with hint of citrus zest, covered in saffron butter cream and laced in a rich sweet and salty caramel sauce finished with roasted pistachios, almonds and edible flowers. Inspired from the classic Indian dessert “Gajjar Halwa”


Lime, coconut and Belgian white chocolate:

A coconut and cardamom sponge lightly soaked with zesty lime syrup. Dressed in a creamy Belgian white chocolate buttercream.


Spiced Belgian dark chocolate and cherry cake:

Pure cocoa enriched chocolate sponge bursting with juicy, dark sweet cherries balanced with warm spices, covered in a creamy dark chocolate ganache.


Spiced vanilla and Belgian chocolate cake :

Soft milk vanilla sponge infused with a touch of warm spice, covered in Belgian chocolate buttercream. Hand finished with almond/pistachios


Spiced coffee and Belgian chocolate cake:

An indulging combination of spiced coffee and dark chocolate sponge covered in chocolate buttercream. Finished with pistachios/Almonds and blueberries.


Belgian Chocolate orange and cardamom:

Cardamom infused chocolate sponge cake drizzled with orange syrup, covered in chocolate buttercream and glazed with orange chocolate ganache.

Cake storage:

Please store all cakes in a cool dry place, cakes will last for 3-4 days from date of collection. Once cut store in an air tight container in a cool dry place, do not store in the fridge as this will cause the cake to become dry.

All butter cream cakes (containing eggs) can be frozen for up to 3 months in the box if uncut, if cut, transfer to a freezer safe container. To consume from frozen, allow to defrost at room temperature for a few hours. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.

Our cakes are not only delicious, they make the perfect centre piece to your special day. Individually made and styled, each one is unique and created to your exact requirements.

When it comes to finishing your bespoke cake, we offer a range of visual appealing styles and carefully selected decorations that can enhance the flavour or lift the design of your cake. Choose from:


  • Semi-naked cakes using buttercream

  • Fully covered cake either in buttercream ( smooth or rustic) or ganache

  • Salted caramel/chocolate drip design


To finish: Pick from either: fresh edible flowers and foliage, meringues, macarons, dried edible flowers, small-medium sized sugar paste flowers

Each of our tiered cakes are made up of double layers which makes each tier approx 6-6.5″ high.

Cutting cakes

An affordable way of providing extra portions of cake for your event, these are single layer approx 4″ height and covered in icing. These cutting cakes are not decorated with flowers etc.
